This role forms part of the People Partnering team and plays a key part in delivering exceptional people experiences across the entire employee lifecycle. It works to implement key people strategy initiatives and projects, alongside providing support and advice to Managers in areas such as employee relations, policy, recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development and DE&I. It involves working closely with other People Partners, alongside our P&C Hub and Centres of Excellence.Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, this role demands strong interpersonal skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and the desire to implement innovative people solutions to our agencies.Responsibilities:Implementing the agency people strategy (owning specific initiatives) which could include retention, reward and recognition, performance management, L&D, and other people related initiatives to support business goals and objectives.Partnering with managers to coach and empower them on how to design and build high performing teams, including giving and receiving feedback, accountability, goal-setting, performance management, people development and reward and recognition.Providing professional, business-focused, day-to-day people & culture services including performance management, grievance resolution, recruitment coordination, salary review advice.Collaborating with the P&C Lead in preparing and delivering talent mapping and succession planning sessions with Leadership team.Being the point of contact for ER issues, owning process and advising managers as appropriate.Acting as the agency P&C point of contact when welcoming new starters and lead the onboarding process.Conducting exit interviews for leavers and escalate any relevant feedback or issues.Driving specific culture/DE&I initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture supporting retention and employee engagement.Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results, providing insight and analysis into ways we could do things better and trends we’re seeing.Collaborating with the P&C lead to develop competitive and fair remuneration structures and packages including reviewing internal and external benchmarking.Actively involved in the quarterly salary increase cycles including stakeholder management, budget management, benchmarking and recommendations.Leading the immigration process for international employees working closely with the Groupe Immigration lead and Talent Acquisition team for new starters.Overseeing leave processes such as Parental, Working with Cancer etc. by supporting employees, asking the right questions and working with the P&C Hub to prepare relevant documentation and administer process.Skills & Experience:4+ years' experience in a People & Culture role, specifically 2+ years in an Advisor capacity (ideally in a multi-site, matrix organisation)Experience across the whole employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, manager development, remuneration and benefits, employee relations and offboarding (media/advertising industry experience will be highly regarded, though not essential)Strong working knowledge of employment law, including the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in workplace situationsKnowledge of visas and immigration (desirable)Experience working with a HRIS or other software where you need to ensure accurate input of dataStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretionWhat we'll offer you:A comprehensive Wholeself program supporting physical, mindful, and financial wellbeing.A creative, lively, and rewarding office environment where people love working with each other, supported by our Publicis Liberté flexibility approach — "working your way with us."Access to our Global AI Platform Marcel, connecting Publicis Groupe employees with opportunities for career mobility and collaboration across our global network.Extensive Learning & Development opportunities including more than 15,000 learning programs via our online learning platform, Marcel Classes.A culture of open feedback and support to reach your goals through our Career Conversations program.A committed Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategy driven through our Viva Women, Égalité, enABLE, EmbRACE, and Écologique committees.Leave benefits including Birthday Leave, Flexible Public Holidays, and an additional 5 days of leave after 2 years of service.Work Your World program enabling employees the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to 6 weeks per year.Parental leave policy with up to 18 weeks based on tenure, paid primary carer leave, secondary carer swap, and Cub Care leave.Access to counsellors, psychologists, and professionals through Sonder, an all-in-one digital wellbeing technology platform designed to support psychological, medical & safety needs.A workplace that stands together to provide a more open, supportive, and recovery-forward culture for all employees with life-threatening illnesses.
