Project Coordinator in SydneyResidential Landowner is seeking Project Coordinator to oversee A Hotel and Residential project.Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates construction of engineering and building projects, and all resources involved in the construction process. As the Project coordinator, you will report directly to the Landowner and play a pivotal role in ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Main tasksAttend to the overview process of preparing and submitting A application for zoning uplift and DA approval.Attend Council Planners meeting and State Planning.Attend meetings with architects, planners and interpret the drawings.Assesses architectural drawings and technical specifications, and determines appropriate construction methods to useProvide all the engineering assessments and reports as required.Attend to Landscape architects and other consultantsPlans, organises and manages commercial project objectives, budgets and schedulesEstablishes and manages project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals and project outcomesManage project budgets, cash flow projections, and procurement processes.Attend meetings with potential JV partners, builders and developers and evaluate potential agreements.
