The Opportunity
As the Marketing Manager in the Food eCom Customer Growth team within Woolies X, your role is to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that position the Food eCom proposition in the most effective way to drive awareness, consideration and ultimately acquisition. This role is important in enabling us to demonstrate our customer first approach, and show customers that we are continually working to bring them convenience, value, quality and excellent service every day.
You are responsible for managing and activating marketing plans aligned to defined objectives, and will play an active role in achieving key business metrics.

What you'll do
4. Partner with teams and other business units to facilitate effective end-to-end marketing programs maximising customer acquisition, engagement & revenue.
5. Working with internal and external media and creative agencies to develop and optimise highly relevant campaigns, to achieve key business metrics for customer growth
6. Engage with senior stakeholders to provide visibility and engagement along the program journey
7. Develop materials to communicate key performance insights and tactics for the wider team to drive collective improvement
8. Execute test and learn programs to trial best practice and leading edge tactics to drive conversion
What you'll bring
9. 5+ years marketing experience in digital marketing, eCommerce and GTM (or similar roles)
10. End-to-end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement
11. Understanding of how to use above the line media campaigns to drive growth of customer propositions
12. Strong presentation, communication and planning skills
13. Retail eCommerce and loyalty experience desirable
14. Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with an ability to influence and manage multi-stakeholders
