Job Description
We work with a range of agencies and sectors to ensure Tasmanians can benefit from a resilient and diverse housing market.
Duties:
* Support the provision of an applications administration, support, and maintenance service to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Homes Tasmania's applications, tools, and technologies.
* Provide support to team members and collaborate with business units, external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers to monitor compliance, agreed standards, and service levels.
* Contribute to Homes Tasmania's digital operating environment being fit for purpose.
* Build an inclusive team through change, collaborating with all ITMS teams to achieve Homes Tasmania's objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in the management, administration, and monitoring of applications including support services.
* Understanding, or ability to acquire, of Tasmanian Government digital strategies, policies, and guidelines.
* Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyze complex information and technology-related issues.
Working Hours:
Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of 12 months.
