Job DescriptionYour new role As the Lawyer, you will be part of our Lawyer, General Counsel (GC) Team which provides high quality, business-focused legal services to support CSC's business objectives. The Lawyer team works proactively and independently, with the support and supervision of a Team Leader and a great team.
You are responsible for the provision of a broad range of in-house legal and compliance services to CSC's business areas. Our Lawyers will work within one of the following functional areas within the GC Team:
Compliance and RegulatoryCommercial and InvestmentsDispute Resolution and CaseworkDesired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll need to excel 1 – 4 years' post-qualification experience in legal practice relevant to CSC, preferably with exposure to commercial/superannuation/financial services/corporations law environmentOpen to constructive feedback, with a growth mindsetAbility to proactively manage a varied workload, to prioritise and meet deadlinesA team player who partners and engages effectively with other team members to achieve business outcomes.Solid academic recordDue to the nature of CSC's business and industry, ideally you will be proactive, driven and commercial-mindedWhat you'll get in return
