About the role
:
As the Business Support Officer (Mining Concierge) you’ll be the initial point of contact for mining and exploration enquiries, undertaking daily communication with a range of stakeholders including mining and exploration companies, government representatives, service providers and community members.
You’ll be kept busy receiving enquiries, then resolving or triaging them to the relevant area, tracking and monitoring resolution.
You’ll also supports the wider team with a range of administrative functions – requiring a high standard of record keeping and administration ability.
Other tasks include support with correspondence, briefing and preparation of reports.
About you:

Other qualities we are seeking:
1. Knowledge and interest in the mining sector.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently to resolve routine matters and deal with a high volume of enquiries.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a high level of customer services.
4. IT proficiency to use MS Word and MS Excel and familiarity with using customer relationship management systems.
