Additionally, Medilaw is an established premier international provider of independent medical opinions and specialist services, serving insurers, private and government employers, self-insured companies, and the legal profession.We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Services Officer with prior experience as a medical practice receptionist/administration or skilled customer service administrators with contact center experience who might be seeking a change.Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed servicesScheduling of appointmentsMaintaining busy inboxes with queries, appointments, and non-appointment servicesProviding administrative and operational support to consultant practitionersProviding information and advice to customers or prospective customersUndertaking other tasks assigned to the Customer Services team and supporting the greater team in generalQualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have:Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environmentA personal approach that is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpfulStrong prioritization skills while maintaining a level of flexibilityAttention to detail is a mustComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)Medilaw offers an exciting and fast-paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive, and respect are key features.
