We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic Personal and Commercial Insurance Producers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to succeed in the insurance industry. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand clients' coverage requirements.
· Present and explain insurance options to clients, recommending appropriate policies based on their unique needs.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
· Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
· Must hold a valid Florida insurance license.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
