Compensation Data Specialist Melbourne location Full-time role for 6 month contract with potential to extend About the Role: Our client is seeking a Compensation Data Specialist to join their Global Rewards & Employee Experience Team. As a subject matter expert, you will provide critical support in compensation analytics, reporting, and governance, contributing to the development of our global compensation strategies, policies, and processes. Key Responsibilities: Compensation and Benefits Program Design: Assist in designing and delivering compensation structures and benefit programs through financial, market, and legal analysis. Annual Pay and Benefits Review: Support the annual review process, providing insights on payroll, market pay, and employee engagement. HR Data Analytics: Conduct complex analyses of HR data to identify trends and provide business insights. Incentive Program Design: Contribute to the creation and administration of employee incentive programs. HR Frameworks and Tools: Assist in drafting HR frameworks for talent attraction, performance management, and retention. Data Management: Process HR data and improve data collection tools and procedures. Market Trends & Benchmarking: Track industry trends and participate in salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or related field. High level of experience in compensation and benefits, HR analytics, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and HR systems such as SharePoint, SQL. Experience with compensation design software (BetterComp) and pay equity software (Syndio) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
