Help deliver the day-to-day operations and be involved across a variety of projects including build, civil works, remediation and refurbishment projects.
THE ROLE
Along with planning and coordination of works, equipment and personnel, responsibilities include:
* Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
* Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Quantity take-offs
* Project procurement
* Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
* Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
* Participate in project meetings
ABOUT YOU
* Experience in a similar role in the construction industry
* Project delivery skills including budgeting, coordinating work priorities, planning, QA, stakeholder management, subcontractor management, documentation and statutory approvals
* Knowledge of contracts and cost control
* Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
Qualifications and Requirements
* Construction induction white card
* Police Clearance due to projects being based on Defence sites
* Drivers Licence
* Cert IV in OHS is advantageous
