With a focus on career development, we encourage our people to reach their full potential while also demonstrating our Goodman Fielder values.The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Clayton-based maintenance team.You'll manage a team of 16 tradespeople and a Maintenance Planner, drive process improvements, and uphold safety standards ensuring optimal performance of our Baker Perkins and Kaak equipment.Schedule: Monday to Friday – with some flexibility to support emergencies.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team, ensuring seamless operations.Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular safety audits.Troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance.Manage documentation and report maintenance progress to leadership.What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related Mechanical/Electrical Trade.5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.Experience with Baker Perkins and Kaak equipment (preferred).Strong leadership, technical expertise, and safety compliance knowledge.What can we offer you?
