exceptional care to our community.About the Role:The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.The Senior Clinical Psychologist is responsible to the Team Manager for the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality psychology services for patients of the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN).The Senior Clinical Psychologist applies clinical experience, increasing clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive and integrated services to the needs of consumers of NALHN.The Senior Clinical Psychologist (AHP3) works under limited direct supervision and clinical supervision and may provide direction and support to less experienced Psychologists and students (both psychology students and students from other disciplines).Working in conjunction with other community team members and other health professionals the Senior Clinician optimises patient functional and health outcomes in this specialty area.As a highly skilled and competent clinician, the incumbent delivers quality services and provides clinical leadership within the acute hospital services, providing support and supervision to less experienced staff.The Senior Clinical Psychologist works collaboratively with the Allied Health multi-disciplinary team and liaises directly with medical and nursing staff of NALHN, and with other community agencies.To be eligible for this position, you must:Educational/Vocational Qualifications Must hold an appropriate degree (Master of Clinical Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBAMust hold general registration with the PsyBA and be endorsed in Clinical area of practice.Must
