What you’ll be doing: Lead and mentor a team of 2 x Level 2/3 technical support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring continuous growth. Oversee the technical support team’s daily operations, troubleshooting complex issues with Windows-based systems Manage and troubleshoot Level 3/4 escalations for Windows 10/11 and SQL database maintenance. Drive process improvements What you'll bring to the team: Tech: At least 5 years in IT support, with a strong background in Windows Servers 10 & 11, SQL database maintenance, systems engineering & support Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a team, guiding them to higher levels of performance and skill development Initiative : A proactive mindset to take charge, identify issues, and implement solutions quickly and effectively Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting up to level 3 & 4 escalations Experience with SQL database support (installations, troubleshooting, running queries) PowerShell scripting for automation What's next: Ready to make an impact?
