About the role Your responsibilities will include: Work 8am-4pm across 5 days, Monday-Friday. Lead by example and manage your team of baristas, ensuring everyone is meeting your high standards. Facilitate the work experience for STREAT s young trainees, supported by our dedicated youth programs team who are always on hand to support you and your team. Ensure health and safety requirements are met. Ensure the day-to-day operations of the cafe run smoothly, whilst always striving for exceptional customer service. Maintain a pristine space, and take pride in the fine details. About you We d love for you to have: A genuine passion for hospitality. Excellent leadership and motivational skills. Outstanding all round knowledge of Melbourne s food and coffee culture. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience in specialty coffee, and the ability to make a great cup is essential.
