Career Opportunities: Works Delivery Leader (10243)Band 5 - Salary $149,800 per annum (plus super), including a 9-day fortnight As the Works Delivery Leader (WDL) within Electrical Services, you will play a key role in supporting and leading a regional team responsible for constructing, operating and maintaining the underground distribution network.
Second to leading their team, our WDL's are responsible for contributing to and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise Program of Work (PoW) activities, contributing towards the development and implementation of compliance and quality standards, which include onsite audits and discussions with team members, ensuring the upskilling of team members' technical skills, driving the performance and productivity of the team to ensure results through collaborating with the Works Delivery Manager to enhance crew utilisation.
About youYou will have demonstrated significant experience within an electrical environment (essential) and experience leading a team of tradespeople/technical professionals.
