Your new role: We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Project Administrator who can take initiative and work effectively within a dynamic environment.
This position will support the Faculty of Business and Law with its reaccreditation processes, coordinating logistics for a series of important events, ensuring seamless execution from initial setup to on-the-day arrangements.
Key responsibilities: Arrange travel and accommodation for guest visitors including preparing detailed itineraries, booking flights and other transport, and hotel accommodation.
Event support including venue bookings and catering for a variety of meetings and functions.
Document preparation and data entry.
Financial administration including the processing of invoices and arranging payments.
Essential capabilities : Proven ability to be proactive, organised and reliable.
Strong attention to detail with excellent logistical planning skills.
Demonstrated competence in multi-tasking and managing event-specific requests.
Flexible availability as there is the possibility of work outside of office hours.
Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, supporting others, accepting direction and working to group goals.
Previous experience with and a sound understanding of Curtin internal systems would be highly regarded.
