This role is a permanent full-time role based in Osborne Park and will be reporting into the Health & Wellbeing Manager.Your Key ResponsibilitiesWorking in a fast-paced construction environment, you will manage all aspects of return to work and injury management for injured employees. This includes fitness for work, early intervention and workers' compensation claims across WA and SA, with the potential for future work in other jurisdictions.You will also be responsible for providing health expertise in the Pre-Employment Medical screening process and administering Primero’s health and wellbeing programme including injury prevention and psychosocial risk management.What You ‘Can Do’The ideal candidate for this role is enthusiastic, influential and has excellent interpersonal skills.
