The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding, and we are seeking our next clinician to join the team! You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
You will work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements every step of the way.
The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include:
* Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments
* Sensory Assessments
* Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments
* Home Modifications Assessments (including complex)
* Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments
* Environmental Risk Assessments
* Skill building and ongoing therapy
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

Learning and Development

Graduate Programs
If you have recently graduated or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS’ six-month tailored new graduate program. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!
A few requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* A car and licence
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing role (or ability to obtain one before commencement)
