Location: Tomago, NSW | On-SiteBis Industries is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage fleet registrations, asset movements, and compliance across our business. This role is more than administration—it’s about keeping our operations running smoothly while ensuring regulatory and statutory requirements are met.Your ImpactYou’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, managing fleet operations, and supporting maintenance teams across multiple divisions. From handling vehicle registrations to overseeing asset logistics, your expertise will drive efficiency and operational success.What You’ll DoManage fleet compliance – Oversee registrations, acquisitions, disposals, infringement notices, and vehicle compliance across multiple states.Coordinate transport & logistics – Arrange asset movements between Bis sites, customers, and suppliers.Support maintenance operations – Reset lifecycle schedules, update asset documentation, and manage statutory purchase orders.Ensure regulatory compliance – Process and maintain statutory registrations (MIR and pressure vessels).Streamline administration – Provide maintenance and asset teams with essential administrative support.Enhance operational efficiency – Identify process improvements to simplify compliance and logistics workflows.What You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience in logistics, fleet management, or compliance roles.Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office & JDE (or similar CMMS systems).Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for fleet and maintenance operations.Experience in underground mining, workshop environments, or statutory compliance is highly regarded.Key Capabilities for Success - To excel in this role, you’ll need:Attention to Detail – Accuracy in maintaining records, managing compliance, and handling documentation.Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to navigate logistical challenges and regulatory requirements effectively.Time Management – Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.Stakeholder Coordination – Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and regulators.Process Improvement Mindset – Willingness to identify and implement efficiency gains in compliance and logistics workflows.Technical Competency – Familiarity with CMMS (JDE preferred), fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.Why Join Bis?At Bis, we keep operations moving efficiently by ensuring compliance and logistics are handled seamlessly.
