About the role Based at our North Ryde head office with hybrid working options, as the mid-level full stack developer in the team, you will be responsible for contributing to software standards, architecture, best practices and development approach commensurate with your experience. You will be collaborating in a peer group of developers and working together collectively to deliver excellence, specifically supporting with our mobile applications & enhancements and project work. About the role: Delivery of consistent, modern scalable coding solutions in line with best practice and CSR EA. Proactively suggest design opportunities to the team as part of continuously improving development practices and process, contributing to discussions as appropriate. Take full technical ownership and responsibility for delivery of specific digital solutions in line with customer digital roadmap priorities. Conduct peer reviews of code for other developers and ensure code and development practices are in line with agreed standards. Support and problem solve technical issues associated with the applications. Supporting the broader team and ensuring they can deliver, de blocking, raising and resolving issues and opportunities that enhance the overall value of the product delivered. Engage and work collaboratively with stakeholders including the wider BIS team, business leaders and managers to ensure alignment of outcomes. Ensure functionality and useability of CSR Customer Digital applications enhances the user experience. Identify opportunities for a better customer experience where applicable. Contribute to development practices that foster deployment to customers using AB testing and experimentation methods. Delivering solutions that drive an exceptional Customer Experience, doing it with Agile, lean and Growth hacking principles in mind. What you'll bring: Previous experience in .net backend and front-end technologies. – ESSENTIAL Tertiary qualified in Computer Science or other relevant area. - advantageous Experience in custom web applications - ESSENTIAL Background in .NET, HTML, CSS, Angular experience - ESSENTIAL Experience in React Native mobile app and Azure B2C development is desirable. Commercial experience in GIT, Gitflow, Jira, C#, SQL, Cloud/Azure, Web Api/MVC. Commercial exposure in developing in DevOps IaaS, PaaS environments. Experience in coding standards, following architectural principles, development, agile, release, testing approaches. Technical aptitude and willingness to take on new technologies in line with company requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in managing databases in MSSQL. Keen interest in dynamic collaboration.
