Our core services are supported by innovative technology platforms, developed by our in-house Software Development and Business Intelligence teams.Reporting to the Application and Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Work with IT and business stakeholders in the ongoing management of incidents and requests for Applications within the Enterprise Applications portfolio and provide feedback to the product team for improvements.Be the SME to support project initiatives, including new applications/systems implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Be involved in the selection, evaluation, and implementation of new applications and design and maintain the application catalogue and profiles for each application.Contribute to defining acceptance criteria for new apps or changes to apps and testing that the product offering meets the requirements.Coordinate and run Application Ops & Lifecycle (monitoring, governance, auditing, documentation, training, procedures, deployment, patching, configuration management, change management, and communications).Recommend and develop product, process, or system optimization changes to improve system performance.To be considered for this role you will have / be:Bachelor of Computing Science/IT degree/diploma.Solid prior experience in an application operational/support role, ideally with a mix of off-the-shelf and bespoke applications and integrations.Exposure to ITIL and experience with Service Desk software.Experience in scripting/code (e.g., PowerShell, Python, bash).Experience in infrastructure management (general cloud servers, networking, security in IaaS/PaaS).Strong demonstration of analytical and problem-solving capability.Full Australian work rights.What We Offer:Competitive salary and access to rewards.Career progression opportunities.Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week).Free onsite car parking when in office.Exciting opportunity to grow & work within a fun and supportive IT team.If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
