About The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications, you will support the delivery of the Digital Marketing Strategy and help build brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels. This is a hands-on role requiring the drive and passion to capture the audience attention with compelling storytelling and digital design flair. Responsibilities:
6. Support the implementation of our Brand and Marketing Strategy, in particular the integrated digital marketing strategy
7. Liaise with business stakeholders to gather story ideas and maintain a strategically focused forward content plan
8. Content development preparation including story writing, communication drafting, graphics planning
9. Update and maintain our external digital platforms (websites, social media platforms)
10. Prepare and coordinate email marketing campaigns and client updates as directed
11. Monthly reporting on engagement across digital platforms
12. Maintain internal and external distribution groups
13. Explore and recommend suggestions to get the most out of our digital marketing efforts
14. Support the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications team with campaigns and strategy
15. Provide exceptional customer experience with a “can-do” attitude
About You: This role will suit someone with 2-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, communications or content development (preferably within a B2B organisation or agency) who is looking to develop their skills and join an organisation at an exciting time with plenty of career growth opportunities. Ideally, you will also have some experience in the following:
16. Experience managing multiple internal clients, campaigns, and projects at a time
17. Experience with SEO, email marketing, social media platforms; especially LinkedIn and Facebook
18. Experience in data analysis and reporting, making recommendations, and assessing against goals (KPIs and ROI)
19. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Craft, Squarespace and other website management systems (highly desirable but not essential)
20. General experience in graphic design (highly desirable but not essential)
