The position is permanent full time and located at our National Office based in Warners Bay. As part of the DuluxGroup, a career with Inspirations Paint offers opportunities and other employee benefits including flexibility, a competitive salary and we are open to assisting with current or ongoing tertiary education.If you are highly organised, have the ability to multi-task and have great organisational skills and a willingness to learn all facets of the finance department functions within our business, read on.Working within an efficient and hands-on team, the Financial Services Officer will be responsible for, and work closely with, other members of the national office team to support our Franchise members by:Assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly Profit & Loss reportingEnsuring recurring GL entries are input, and/or posted from source systems on a timely basisReviewing and reconciliation of key expense and balance sheet itemsAssist stores with payroll functionsAssist in reviewing and maintaining integrity of GL statistical accounts & reportingAssist our Franchise Members with enquiriesIn addition to this, the Financial Services Officer will assist with accounts payable and receivable processes and answering phone enquiries from our franchise members from time to time.To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate a willingness to learn all facets of the Finance and Administration processes within a business. You must have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. You will need to be able to resolve issues logically and professionally. You will enjoy working with people and yet still understand that an eye for detail is core to the success of the business.This is a new position as part of a growing services team with a company that has National reach.
