Your next opportunity: Reporting to the Logistics Manager, we are looking for an experienced and committed Logistics Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for managing the company fleet of drivers and heavy vehicles, Contractor Management and developing and maintaining strategies that improve our internal and external customer experience. Supervising all activities of the tipper fleet including safety, operational and CoR compliance in accordance with Boral’s values and strategic plan. This is a full-time permanent position based in Norwood Your day will involve: Driver and fleet management including driver recruitment and retention, incident investigations and inspection of job sites to ensure safe delivery. Ensure that equipment is operated within safe working conditions and to ensure that Boral Logistics meets environmental and applicable legislative requirements. Review and manage driver behaviours and performance to Boral standards Conduct safety / toolbox meetings and regulatory audits Working with our Customer Service and Allocations teams to ensure maximum output of the fleet What are we looking for? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient computer skills. Demonstrated experience in Transport and Logistics operations, particularly in CoR compliance A strong commitment to safety and the environment HR Licence Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (Desirable) A superior customer focus Experience in management and leading teams What's on offer?
