Project Manager - Maritime The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Perth based Project Manager to deliver critical sustainment works on vessels.In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management and coordination of corrective maintenance activities required to ensure vessels remain operational. Responsibilities of your new role: Ensure projects are delivered on time and cost-effectively in accordance with contractual performance requirements. Manage contract complexities and proactively find solutions to support outcomes. Project manage multiple projects and streams on time within budget. Deliver professional and timely execution of contractual and/or commercial objectives. Adhere to agreed schedules and budget, as well as to an agreed quality and safety standard for the specific program. Identify solutions on program issues, risks, and corrective courses of action. Estimate, budget, and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Plan and sequence all maintenance activities collaboratively across multi-disciplined teams. Communicate regularly and report timely information to all relevant stakeholders. To be successful in this position you will need: Engineering degree and/or Project Management and/or Trade qualification. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong customer focus and commercial acumen. Hold a Construction safety induction (white card). Sustainment and maintenance experience. Commercial, financial and budgeting proven experience.
