With direction from both your Channel Manager and the Branch Managers at the NAPAs that you support, you will build effective, productive relationships with our target customers. Through these relationships, you will understand our customers' needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their basket with NAPA. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.All About YouYou are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service and will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment.
