Representing over 100 member organisations, we advocate for change, build capacity, and collaborate to improve the Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Sector for all Queenslanders.About the RoleWe are seeking a Learning Designer to develop and implement three online micro-credentials aimed at enhancing workforce capability in community mental health. Working within the Workforce Projects team, this role will design engaging, accessible learning content, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage the project’s delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes for the sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Design – Develop and implement engaging, accessible online micro-credentials, including course content, assessments, and resources.Stakeholder Engagement – Consult with sector representatives, peer workers, and other stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Project Management – Oversee timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements to ensure project success.Evaluation & Impact – Establish an evaluation framework to measure effectiveness and inform future learning initiatives.About YouWe are looking for an innovative learning designer with:Experience in developing online learning content and assessment materials.Knowledge of eLearning platforms, particularly LearnDash or similar LMS.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with diverse groups.Project management experience, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.An understanding of the Community Mental Health Sector (desirable).What We OfferA role in a values-driven organisation making a real impact on workforce development.Salary: SCHADS Award Level 6, with salary packaging options available.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive team culture.A position description is attached.
