Soul Origin Westlakes is currently seeking casual baristas to join our team.


Role Description

We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love engaging with customers. As a Soul Origin barista, you will have access to the highest quality specialty coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create delicious coffee beverages.


Key Responsibilities:

* Serving our Soul Origin customers with exceptional service.
* Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to exacting standards.
* Maintaining a clean and sanitized coffee environment at all times.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 12 months experience as a barista in a similar environment.
* A positive attitude and confidence when interacting with customers.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, completing general duties such as serving salads and soups.
* Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* A strong understanding of specialty coffee principles is highly regarded.
