YOU | You will excel at fostering long-term, trusted relationships with the community, industry partners, and referral sources, delivering positive customer experiences and outcomes. Your expertise and reputation in the banking sector will enable you to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the Australian market, especially in regional areas. The ideal candidate will possess:
• Significant experience in a similar agribusiness or senior relationship management role
• Proven ability to build rapport and drive business development
• Strong understanding of the needs and attitudes of agribusiness customers
• Excellent networking skills, fostering productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Expertise in commercial lending, including cash flow lending, credit analysis, and complex deal structuring
THE ROLE | You will manage a large, complex portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients, overseeing the full credit process from start to finish. As a senior team member, you'll also act as a mentor and coach to your colleagues. Your extensive experience as an Agribusiness or Commercial Banker, combined with a relationship-driven approach, will be key to your success.
