Based in the beautiful coastal town of Yeppoon, we are proud to deliver high-quality "good time food" to service stations, events, schools, pubs, and more across Australia.As we continue to experience sustained growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration - Sales Support professional to join our expanding team.About the RoleIn this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales and administration team by managing data entry in the CRM system, generating sales reports, and assisting the administration team with accounts receivable and payables – including invoicing, statements, debtor and vendor management, and reconciliation.This position is an in-office role, available on a full-time basis.What Does Success Look Like?Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software.Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and payables – including invoicing, statements, debtor and vendor management, or similar.Update and manage customer data in CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is highly regarded).Generate and maintain detailed sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Tableau.Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the sales team.Assist with general office administration, including answering calls and liaising with distributors.Contribute to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business.What You Will BringWe value team members who bring enthusiasm, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.
