The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager based in NSW or VIC to drive company growth through direct sales opportunities within the Business & Industry sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers to grow the business.
* Develop and qualify new customer contacts consisting of decision makers and business influencers.
* Develop relationships with selected prospects to expand on the benefits of our service and product offerings.
* Lead the full sales process from prospect identification, proposal development, and project costing to closing deals and contract negotiations.
* Drive new revenue streams and support re-tenders for existing contracts.
* Work closely with operations to ensure positive client relationships and alignment with their needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling business proposals and marketing strategies.
* Report regularly on sales activity and financial performance.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies and 3 years of experience in sales within the building services or related industry are required.
