This full-time position will see you play an integral role in the general running of the companys administration and accounts.
About the Role
Youll provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the organisation. The successful person will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and will support the Company Directors and other staff members.
The role is multi-faceted and as Office Administrator you are the heart of the office, enabling everyone in our small but busy team to work productively and efficiently.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
1. Accounts Payable / receivable Processes via MYOB
2. Invoicing and maintaining accounts and budgets, processing timesheets and payroll
3. Liaise and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, customers and suppliers
4. Provide all aspects of administrative functions, contract reviews,
safety SWMS documentation and provide support to senior staff and managers
5. Regular business analysis, including costs analysis, budgeting & calendar management
6. Data entry as required using Excel Spreadsheets & inhouse data applications
7. Answering incoming calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, providing customer support and assistance
8. Oversee online compliance processes for clients & team members
9. Assist with HR & WHS tasks such as on-boarding new employees and maintaining compliance
10. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
11. Maintaining confidentially on information at all times
12. General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required
Skills / Attributes Required
13. Extensive experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, efficient data entry skills and high attention to detail are essential
14. Extensive experience of MYOB and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
15. Be highly organised and possess great time management skills along with strong written & verbal communication
16. Competent computer, printer, tablet and mobile phone skills
17. Experience in the trades and services or construction industry is preferred but not essential
18. Ability to work in a small friendly team environment
This position is full-time with above award wages based in accordance with the successful candidates experience and qualifications.
Work Week - Generally Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Opportunity for a monthly RDO.
