About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Global Business Director to lead our most complex customer engagements. As a key member of our Dell Select team in Australia, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that meet financial performance targets.
Diversify and deepen our relationship with key decision-makers at our top-tier customersDevelop and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue growthBuid, maintain, and execute against a Strategic Account Plan, including a customer engagement frameworkLeverage MEDDPICC & reverse close plans to capture and create value; align teams on actions and drive operational command of the businessSet a team environment in alignment with Dell's culture code & managing challenges constructively RequirementsEssential Requirements: Expertise to build an account vision, combined with an account plan, set goals and execute against those in a team environment. Experience leading and managing a virtual account team. Ability to demonstrate strategic & operational command of the business, with a proven track record of meeting financial & business growth targets.
Desirable Skills: Relationship Depth - Should be capable of creating, nurturing, and maintaining relationships and ongoing relevant conversations across the c-Suite, with technology and non-IT leaders alike. Relevant Credibility - As a student of both the industry, and the customer's business – the Client Executive has, and works to maintain C-Level credibility and knowledge that supports the desired relationships.
