About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on an ongoing maintenance contract at a mine site in Blackwater, QLD. This is a Monday to Friday role, and the successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Supervisors and the Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collate timesheets and data for payroll processing
2. Compile and present different forms of data
3. Purchasing and accounts receivable
4. Assist with monitoring and maintaining compliance of equipment
5. Onboard new personnel
6. Draft communications and documents
7. Prepare weekly and monthly progress claims
8. Manage accommodation processes
9. Manage employee rosters
Required Skills and Attributes
1. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
2. Experience in accounts payable and receivable (desirable)
3. High level of computer literacy
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
5. Attention to detail and accurate data entry
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
7. Open drivers licence and reliable vehicle
8. Coal Board Medical (desirable)
9. Standard 11 (desirable)
10. Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
