They have multiple offices in Victoria.Your new roleThey are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their regional engineering team. This role involves coordinating the Engineering Department across multiple offices, managing projects, providing technical leadership, and fostering client relationships. This role will be based half the time from the Bendigo office and half the time from home if required.The main duties are:Allocate projects and manage resources.Provide technical advice and integrate emerging technologies.Build and maintain client relationships.Prepare and review project tenders and quotations.Assist with business management practices and monitor staff performance.Manage timesheets, invoicing, and mentor staff.What you'll need to succeedTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer (Victoria and/or NSW); Chartered status is a plus.Extensive experience in land development and/or local government.Strong understanding of the land development industry and local government operations.Experience in managing technical teams.Current Australian Driver's licence.What you'll get in returnIf you are offered this job opportunity, not only will you be in the most positive and rewarding working environment, but you will also set up your career for the better.
