We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to join our Business Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced team assistant with a background in accounting support and a solid understanding of key industry software. This hands-on role provides crucial day-to-day administrative support with a strong focus on professionalism and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and client support to the Business Services teamHandle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team membersAssist with managing client files, correspondence, and documentationProcess and manage ATO lodgements using ATO SmartDocUtilise BGL, FYI software, and Green Xero for client data, documentation and workflow managementPrepare, lodge, and manage all ASIC compliance obligations for the teamAssist with entity set-ups, including government registrations and structuringManage client onboarding, including correspondence and documentationAssist with billing, WIP management, and expense reimbursementsCoordinate team training, social events, and internal functionsAssist with client-related matters including report, proposal and presentation preparation, monthly billings, independence conflict checksCover reception duties when requiredMaintain internal records, such as staff procedures and intranet updates Experience and Attributes: Proven experience in a similar administrative support role within an accounting or financial services firmAt least 2 years of experience in office administration (preferably within an accounting firm/professional services)Strong familiarity with ATO SmartDoc, BGL Software, FYI Software, and Green XeroExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in workProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A positive, professional, and can-do attitudeAbility to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a teamStrong organisational and multitasking skills What We Offer: Be part of a dynamic and supportive team at a respected mid-tier accounting firmCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing training and professional development opportunities To Apply:If you are a motivated individual with a passion for administration and want to contribute to the success of our Business Services team, please submit your resume and cover letter to (email protected).
