What you’ll achieve
As a Database Developer you will be part of our highly successful development team, utilising your skills in the development and enhancement of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
1. Have hands-on and current database development experience including complex scripts, stored procedures, trigger, views to support front end applications.
2. Have 3 or more years of database/software analysis, design and programming experience
3. Work within a development environment that adheres to proven development methodologies, standards and technologies
4. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of a broad range of software development technologies including integration, packaging, and deployment
5. Have advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
6. Be able to work autonomously but also support and actively contribute to Team collaboration

Essential Requirements
7. Database development on Microsoft or Oracle platforms
8. Development with Microsoft T-SQL, Oracle PL/SQL or ANSI SQL
Desirable Requirements
9. Microsoft SQL Certification / Oracle SQL Certification
10. SQL performance tuning and indexing
11. Visual Basic 6 / C# .NET
12. Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
13. Healthcare integration technologies such as HL7 and FHIR
14. Use of Integrated Development Environments such as Microsoft TFS, GitHUB, VSCode etc.
15. Office365 Excel/Access to a Macro level
16. Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET framework.
