An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Pool Manager to join our dynamic and professional Resources Operations Team. Reporting to the Pool Manager, the primary objective of this role is to effectively manage our client’s pools in line with contractual agreements. This role will be on a Fly-In-Fly-Out roster of 7 days on, 7 days off from Perth Airport to our Leinster site in regional Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities / About the Role:
* Oversee the single operator public pool (50m)
* Fixed term from 29/10/24 – 22/04/25
* FIFO 7/7 rolling roster until April 2025. Option to renew for 2024/25 season.
* Competitive salary of $90,000 plus superannuation annually (pro-rata).
* Located in Leinster town!
Minimum Requirements:
* Group 1 Pool License (essential)
* Pool Lifeguard Certificate Qualification - Bronze Medallion and Oxygen Resuscitation (essential)
* Current Senior First Aid Qualification (essential)
* Working with Children's Check (essential)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Group 1 swimming pool (desired)
* Chlorine Awareness and Operator Training Certificate (desired)
* Experience in Salt Cell management (desired)
