Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and secure new business in the MICE, corporate & leisure segments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate partners
* Represent the hotel at industry events, networking opportunities, and sales meetings
* Collaborate with the on-property sales team to create tailored solutions for clients
* Drive revenue by leveraging market trends and sales strategies
Requirements
* A motivated sales professional with experience in hospitality, business development, or Group & event sales
* Possess a genuine passion for building client relationships and creating unforgettable experiences
* A strong network and knowledge of MICE markets
* Comfortable with frequent travel to the Gold Coast and beyond, locally or internationally
* You have a luxury attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence
* A proactive, target-driven individual who thrives on closing deals and exceeding revenue goals
