Full timeNewOfficeMilieu is a design-led Melbourne property developer committed to shaping meaningful urban spaces through architecture, community and culture.We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with strong experience in digital content planning, campaign coordination, copywriting, and EDM development to support our brand and project marketing efforts.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who can manage multiple projects, take initiative, and bring clarity, creativity and consistency to our communications. While not a design-led role, you’ll need to be comfortable working in tools like Figma, InDesign, and HubSpot.You will have a strong background in all aspects of digital marketing including strategy, content creation and copywriting with a creative eye and excellent graphic design skills. This is a full time role in our new Collingwood office.In this role, you’ll:Plan and deliver marketing content across social media, web, and EDMsBuild and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation and automationCoordinate campaign assets, timelines and content approvals across projectsWrite clear, engaging copy that reflects Milieu’s tone and valuesWork with external creatives and internal teams to deliver brand and project contentMaintain the Milieu website and social media presenceTrack campaign performance and report insights to the teamSupport project launches, cultural partnerships, and community activationsYou bring:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign coordinationStrong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for brand tone and detailProficiency with CRM and EDM tools (HubSpot preferred), and social media management toolsWorking knowledge of Figma, InDesign and/or Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation strategiesStrong communication and collaboration skills across teams and partnersAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentResults-driven approach with a focus on campaign performance and ROIA keen interest in design, architecture, and culture
