Build procurement and contract management skills through training, mentoring, and resources. Develop strong stakeholder relationships to improve service outcomes. Meet reporting, review, and assessment requirements. Skills, Experience and Attributes: Strong end-to-end procurement expertise, including contract management within regulated environments. Proven ability to improve procurement processes, implement change, and deliver training. Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
