About the role
Are you an experienced Administrator who is keen to support a highly driven, collaborative and supportive team?
We are currently partnering with a number of clients looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Best suited to an individual who is thoroughly organised in their approach, has exceptional planning experience, and takes pride in their attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
1. Answering inbound calls
2. Data entry into CRM
3. Supporting teams with various types of admin support
4. Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules for the team
5. Setting up meeting rooms
6. Assisting with catering
7. Other ad hoc duties
Skills / Experience
8. Experience working in a similar Admin/reception/ customer service role is desirable
9. Computer literate - intermediate/advanced - MS office suite particularly
10. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills - verbal and written
11. Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
12. High degree of attention to detail
13. Discretion in relation to confidential information
14. Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
15. Ability to build rapport and professional relationships
