Accountable for operational function and support of a key client network environment.You will work closely with other areas of the program to provide support for the customer critical network environment.Responding to outages after hours in a diligent manner.Attend the customer site for meetings, lab testing and providing onsite support from time to time.Your role responsibilities include: Provide high level technical skills and expertise to support the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and management of a complex enterprise Data Networks infrastructure which underpins critical services.Support for incident & Change management.Carry out system configurations, installations, and maintenance to ensure agreed levels of service and data integrity are provided, including developing and maintaining high quality design and support documentation.Analyse complex issues and identify appropriate solutions and actions to resolve the major incidents.Provide guidance and technical leadership to more junior staff.Responsible for ensuring documentation remains current.Skills, Knowledge and Experience (some not all): Excellent networking skills and experience including deploying and supporting Cisco, Juniper networking and voice equipment - Cisco ASR, ISR routers, Nexus 9K.Troubleshooting and management of Cisco networks (Routers, Switches & wireless).SD-WAN technologies: Cisco Viptela, Fortinet SD-WAN and Cisco Meraki.Firewall technologies: Juniper, Fortinet, Cisco ASA.Network Management tools: SolarWinds, Splunk, Cisco Prime & DNAC.Good understanding and troubleshooting skills on MPLS, VRFs & Traffic Engineering is highly desirable.Experience on Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE & Infoblox is highly desirable.Understanding of the main telecommunications carriers and integrator technologies and products.Excellent written and oral communication skills.10+ years networking experience in a service provider or large enterprise is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
