Under the festoon lights and greenery, we serve a fresh seasonal menu using local producers and deliver delicious in-house roasted coffee. Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Level 1 First Aid
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Responsible for a certain production or preparation area on a rotating basis
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with ensuring food standards and preparation requirements are established and monitored, revenue maximisation, communication and leadership to other team members, improving efficiencies, and compliance with all OHS standards
* Manage and organise stock rotation
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of The Hydrant Food Hall menu items and dietary requirements adjustments
* Opportunity to create dishes with seasonal produce
* Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and communicate effectively with team members and customers
* Ensure conformance to all company policies & procedures and Acts & Legislations
