Duties Actively contribute to the implementation of the Dental Services Model of Care with particular emphasis on the role of the Dental Laboratory Admin.
Commencement of Patient arrival and contact.
Completion of Patient exit.
Effectively prioritise attending to phone calls and messages while performing laboratory administrative duties.
Effectively manage appointments.
Contribute to the success of the patient flow.
Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
Ensure the handling of patient correspondence is in accordance with ATSICHS Privacy Policy and Procedures.
Ensure appropriate handling of referrals.
Contribute towards ensuring the Dental Service Billing function is in accordance with the ATSICHS Policies and Procedures.
Commit to ongoing CQI & Clinical Governance with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.

Benefits Base Salary $62,297 per annum pro rata.
11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

COVID-19 Requirements Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a COVID -19 vaccine is encouraged.
Required Certificate III Administration.
Previous experience working in a Dental Services or Medical administration role.
Previous experience working with culturally diverse people.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
An ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications.
Sound knowledge of Dental Laboratory Administration processes e.g.
Referral, booking patients, scanning confidential records.
Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
