As an Account Director in our DXC Practice for Oracle, you can work with some of ANZ's largest and most interesting customers.
The DXC Practice for Oracle provides dynamic technology leadership in delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with a full continuum of services around Oracle’s integrated suite of applications, platform services, and engineered systems. This allows us to design and deliver innovative market-leading solutions that enable clients to transform their businesses and the broader market. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and highly motivated Account Director to join our growing team, selling the full Oracle Stack, including Solutions, Applications and Technology. We will love to hear from you if you have a proven track record in an IT services sales role and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
1. Defining Account and go-to-market strategies to generate short and long-term customer success and business results.
2. Selling projects, services, licensing and managed services associated with the Oracle Stack, including SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and On-Premise
3. Managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales and expanding existing accounts.
4. Pipeline development through a combination of existing customers, warm leads, cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
5. Engage with and leverage internal and external resources such as Pre-Sales, Licensing Team, DXC Executives, DXC Industry, Oracle and 3rd Party Partners to assist with various sales cycle stages.
6. Report accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery figures using Salesforce.
7. Work closely with delivery managers ensuring customers derive value from their investments and subscription renewals in licensing and managed services.
Skills required
8. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a mid-market or LE seller spanning SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/ Tier1 ERP software solutions (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft) would be highly advantageous.
9. Successful Software and services sales history of direct new business sales and account development
10. Proven track record in building solid relationships with internal business, partners and customers.
11. Solid understanding of the Oracle Stack, including Applications, Technology and DB, is highly desirable.
12. Solid understanding of the IT industry Cloud landscape and market
13. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels
