An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at MOD Events, supporting high-profile events and exhibitions at the Art Gallery of NSW's Sydney Modern.
The Role
* Work with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient food production and quality.
* Run allocated sections.
* Follow food safety procedures and legislation.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and quality.
* Collaborate on menu development to match Museum exhibitions.
About You
* Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery.
* Experience in fast-paced events environments.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A passion for cooking and openness to learning new skills in the kitchen.
* Valid working rights in Australia.
