Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Unilever Australia & New Zealand as an Assistant Brand Manager for Rexona Marketing. As a key player in the ANZ market, Rexona is a critical component of our company's success. You will be working closely with customer development, category, customer marketing and R&D teams to manage the brand's day-to-day operations and build best-in-class brand plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a key support to Marketing Manager and Brand Manager across the full Rexona portfolio.
* Champion the voice of the consumer by bringing insights into the business and becoming a custodian of the brands.
* Collaborate cross-functionally as a project lead to explore, lead and manage projects and deliver on business cases.
* Engage with agency partners to create and execute bold, disruptive, unmissable brand plans.
* Day-to-day ownership of brand budget, artwork briefing and POS design.
What You'll Need
* Good foundations in brand marketing, with exposure to brand development, activation, and customer/channel marketing.
* Good understanding of all aspects of consumer insights.
* Strong project management skills.
* Strong people and stakeholder management - ability to engage/motivate colleagues and stakeholders behind a project.
