This is a pivotal role within the Directorate and across the ACT Government, focused on supporting schools in both the proactive management and response to incidents involving occupational violence and complex student needs. Complex Case Managers work collaboratively across teams to promote staff safety and help schools support students with challenging behaviours and complex needs. The role requires strong consultation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in working with students with complex behaviours, along with a solid understanding of work health and safety considerations in educational settings. Their work will contribute to creating safer, more supportive school environments for both staff and students.
