Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of all changes, with the primary responsibility of enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimal disruption to the business. They'll also ensure that changes to IT systems and infrastructure are made in a controlled and authorised manner.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Responsible for reviewing and assessing change requests to determine the potential impact on IT services and the likelihood of success.
2. Evaluate and document risks associated with change requests, escalating as needed.
3. Improves ITIL maturity including development of change and configuration management processes.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Technical Expertise
4. Experience in developing and maturing ITIL change management processes and procedures with managed service providers.
5. Extensive experience in leading application development and infrastructure change initiatives on critical mobile and cloud platforms.
6. Exceptional verbal communication skills.
7. Outstanding written capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
8. Delivering reporting on change and release activities, planning change windows during periods of heightened sensitivity.
9. Managing release prioritisation with forums and integrating reporting plans and progress.
10. Adept at collaborative teamwork, adaptable, and skilled at effectively handling competing priorities.
11. Experience with practical change management in environments using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
12. Experience with JIRA and Service Now management tool implementations.
Qualifications
13. Significant demonstrated experience in successfully leading change programs with diverse, multidisciplinary teams, and delivering services to a high standard to meet change management, project delivery and business performance criteria.
14. Recognised degree in Information Technology or other relevant discipline, and/or Change Management.
15. Highly advanced change management leadership within a highly complex stakeholder environment.
